Red dome-lens indicator LED in the 0805 footprint (2.0 × 1.25mm). The dome lens produces a wide viewing angle (approximately 120°), making this the preferred package for front panel indicators that must be visible at oblique angles — typical in equipment rack environments where panels are read from the side of the aisle. Higher luminous intensity than equivalent flat SMD packages due to the combined effect of larger die area and lens optics.
The dome profile extends slightly above adjacent components — verify clearance in dense assemblies or under PCB shields. Red emission at 620–630nm. Operating temperature −40°C to +85°C.

Front panel dome LED installations are among the most visually exposed applications for bin variation.
