Light green side-emitting LED in the 1606 footprint (1.7 × 1.1 × 0.6mm). Lateral emission from the 1.1mm package face for edge-injection into panel light guides and membrane backlight systems. Green is the most common color specified in multi-color light guide systems for OK and active-state indication. Output 70–150mcd at 20mA, optimized for aperture coupling efficiency. Operating temperature −40°C to +85°C.
