Dual-color bi-chromatic SMD LED in the 1615 footprint (1.6 × 1.5 × 0.6mm) with independent blue and light green dies. Blue + green suits equipment where red is reserved for hardware faults and normal operating states are communicated through blue (standby/ready) and green (active/running). Simultaneous drive produces a cyan blended output. Vf 1.8–2.6V. IV 100–150mcd per die. M marking indicates cathode positions. Operating temperature −40°C to +85°C.
