Dual-color bi-chromatic SMD LED in the 1615 footprint (1.6 × 1.5 × 0.6mm) with independent red and light green dies. Red + green is the classic two-state combination: red for fault, green for OK. A single package delivers both states from one PCB position, reducing BOM count and board area versus a two-indicator solution. Simultaneous drive produces an amber blended output usable as a third state. Vf 1.8–2.6V. IV 100–150mcd per die. M marking indicates cathode positions. Operating temperature −40°C to +85°C.

Bi-color indicators require color consistency both within each package and across packages. CMH sources both dies in these bi-color packages from the same controlled production run, maintaining consistent individual and blended color output across the full order quantity and across replacement orders.
